They work on touching the ball with the bottom of their toes, alternating the feet.
The ball should remain in and around a 1 yard radius.
Work on jumping movement to get the technique right.
Knees should come up towards the chest and feet should remain forward facing.
While one foot is on the ground the other should be touching the ball and vice versa.
Challenge players to do it as quick as possible with good technique.
Can be used as a form of conditioning for the thighs for younger players who should not be doing gym work.
