Players have a ball each and must try to perform one keep up, dropping the ball from waist height and then kicking the ball back into their hands with the lower laces part of their boot.
There should be a slight back spin on the ball which will help the ball to come back to the player and avoid the ball running away from them.
Keep practising the single keep up until players are able to consistently perform this skill on the spot.
Being able to perform this skill with improve players' touch and confidence on the ball.
