Soccer: Instep first touch - Stage 4

Introducingthe receiving of the ball from 12 a clock. players get into pairs one ball between 2

In pairs pass the ball to the player who receives the ball with his first touch to play the ball away from a imaginary defender (towards 12 o'clock) then steps over the ball and drags the ball towards the opposite direction (7 o'clock)

The middle player performs a step over turn before passing on the ball. The player receives the ball with their kicking foot, steps over the ball with their other foot. It is with this step-over foot that the player drags the ball round to the other direction.

In this practice the players split into groups of 3. The player in the middle has to practice the the skill of step over turn before passing on the ball .

In pairs one player throws and catches the ball the other player catches the ball while bringing the thigh towards the ball. Then throws it back

In pairs one player throws the ball to the other player who cushions and receives the ball with their thigh before playing the ball back on the half volley.

In this practice the player receives the ball with the none kicking foot, and turns to pass the ball on to the other player.As you see this is a very fast transfer because the player after controlling the ball the player passes the ball with the next touch and step (no wasting time with making adjusting steps)
