This drill simulates recovering, running quickly back onto your line.
The keeper starts the drill by sprinting out to touch the penalty spot with their hand. Once they've touched the penalty spot they run backwards as quickly as then can to get back onto their line.
As soon as the keeper has taken a couple of steps back the feeder plays a lobbed ball to try and go over the keeper into the goal.
The feeder's can make this drill easier or harder depending on how soon they play the ball and how much loop they put on it.
