From the start position, run out to the centre set of cones.
Quickly move sideways to the left set of cones and then move quickly sideways to the right set of cones.
Return sideways to the center set of cones and then run quickly backwards to the start position.

The player in possession of the ball when the coach calls out go has to run around the cone at the end of the grid to try and run the full length of the grid to score a try. The player from the opposition in line with the player that is running can try to stop the player scoring by running around the cone and tagging the runner before they reach the line.

Offence (blue), line out in one deep line.
Defence (red) - opposite in a straight line, slightly inside player you are marking.
Offence endeavour to pass ball along line.
Defence move up to stop them. Each defender goes up to tackle - if ball is passed THEN they work to protect inside shoulder of player on their outside.

Start with 2 players on the centre cone, each with a ball, and facing each other. On GO, the both run backwards to the first cone then side step up the grid to the second cone before running through the slalom cones back to the start where the ball is passed to the next players who only go when each player has received a ball.
