2 balls, 4 cones

Player with ball opposite each other run to the middle then side stepping and passing the ball to the left queue of players

Make sure that the player start the side step early enough

Fitness Passing:

Players stand on 4 corners of the grid with Player A in the middle.

Players B, C & D have a ball each.

Player A faces C and as he/she runs towards C, he/she catches a pass from B and passes to E.

When A is a couple of meters from C, C passes to A who immediately returns the ball, turns and runs back towards D, while catching and passing a ball from E to B.

The exercise can last for a set time, or a set number of loops.

Drop Off:

4 cones with 2 balls.

Players start running at the same time and when the meet in the middle, the blue players give a drop off pass to the red player before both continuing their run to the opposite end to which they started.

In pairs, stand facing each other, 3m apart. Pass the ball at waist height. How many passes can you make in 15 seconds?
