Set Up

Between 3 to 15 players - 1 to 4 ration of ball to players - players spaced no more than 5m apart

Players catches ball - falls onto back and pops ball off one or two handed to free player

COACHING POINTS

Control the off load - vary the type of pass - give the ball some 'air' -float the pass.
