Small 10 x 10m grid - 1/3rd of group on knees - 1/3rd with ball - 1/3rd supporting
Players move around grid - take tackle and off load to supporting player repeat continuously for 30 seconds - change roles
Carrying ball in two hands - off load with either one or two hands.
Use fend off if required - tackled player MUST make eye contact with target off load.
Control off load, not too flat and not too much weight - float ball - support player stays deep and runs onto ball
Line of defenders - 5m apart in staggered formation tackle shield.
Individual players move down the line Â fend off each tackle in turn right then left ...
3 sets of 2 defenders each with 2 tackle bags placed 10m apart down 15m x 30m channel - 3 attackers
Attacker with ball in centre with 2 support players set 5m back to left and right. Attack runs at bag using footwork on approach to off set defenders fixes on one defender and smashes through hole

off loads left or right
receiver repeats on next pair of bags
Set up the practice as shown inside a 30m x 30m Grid.
6 Shields and 1 Ball.
Player 1 carries the ball before passing the ball to player 2 who bursts through the shields. Once through the other side, 2 passes to 3 and receives a return pass before bursting through the next set of shields
Once they are through the last two players with shields can move and try and block the runners. Player 2 has the option to pass to either player or go it alone.
