Make 10 passes then:
1) Make figure 8 between legs.
2) Partner does the same after another 10.
3) 10 passes then throw ball up and make a 360 degree turn to catch it before it hits the floor.
4) 10 passes then throw ball overhead and catch it behind back.
3 vs 1 vs 1
Ball Carrier passes the ball into the post player and runs across the front of him and receives the ball back.
His 2 supporting players then react to his body language and execute 2 x 3 vs 1.
Players run in any direction in the grid trying to avoid contact by running into space. When the teacher calls stop, all players must be at least 1m from the next nearest player.
Pass the ball around your back at the same time.
Option: throw the ball in the air and catch as you run around
The player with the ball rolls the ball out for a player to run onto and collect whilst moving.
They then pass the ball back before replacing the player that rolled the ball out. The player that rolled the ball out runs to join the back of the queue.
