Positions : One libero stays between 6 and 9 meters to help in case of emergency. Rest of the players defend man-to-man. There is a man free, but he can hardly be found in the running mass of players.

White 1 starts the move by passing the ball to the white player on either side. From this point on the drill is live and the two blue players must try and defend the two white players. Blue 1 is libero and follows the direction of player, positioning themselves so that they are ready to cover and help out in case of emergency.

It is permitted: a) To use an open hand to play the ball out of the hand of another player. b) To use bent arms to make body contact with an opponent, and to monitor and follow him in this way. c) To use one's trun to block the opponent in a struggle for positions.

Player A takes a ball, dribbles and tries to score a goal. Then sprints to the next ball in the center and acts in the same way. The same happens on the left. Defender 1 defends the goalshots 1 and 3 defensively by only trying to block the goalshots and defends goalshot 2 actively. 9 shots is one series.
