DESCRIPTION

  • Put the mats away.
  • Put markers all over the floor.
  • Start the practice off by asking the children to stand next to a marker and bounce on the spot with their feet together.

    The next stage is for the children to stretch out - slowly. Then make the children walk around on tip toes.
