Gymnastics Drill Demonstration

Description

  • Useing a short run hurdle step to floor and jump off two feet.
  • Use arms to gain height
  • Move head and eyes to the left keeping them level.
  • Twist 360º to land with flxed knees and hips.
  • Bring arms wide to control rotation

    Coaching points

  • Look for mark on the wall to control rotation,
  • Use arms to gain height.
  • Maaintain full extention during flight phase.
  • Land with, flexed hips and knees, feet at 45º and arms wide.
