Gymnastics Drill Demonstration

Description

  • Starting in an extended stand flex knees and jump rotating arms to gain height.
  • Move head and eyes to the left keeping them level.
  • Twist 180 to land with flxed knees and hips.

    Coaching points

  • Look for mark on the wall at 180.
  • Bring arms wide to stoop rotation.
