DESCRIPTION

  • As previous exercise.
  • Attach an elastic 'high jump' rope at mid-point on the bench.
  • Hold at 60deg plus angle.
  • Gymnast takes a one step lunge, from an acute angle, wheels along the bench.
  • Weight trasfers through hands and legs pass together over rope .
  • Exit with feet together to mat.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Encourage high hips over the rope.
  • Keep arms and legs extended.
  • Encourage flight off the bench.
