  • V-Sit to Shoulder Balance with Exit to Knee Scale, Lower to Front Lying, ½ Twist to Long Sit 
  • Back Support into ½ Twist to Front Support into ½ Twist to Back Support 
  • Long Sit into ½ Twist to Box Shape into Sideways Roll into Box Shape into ½ Twist to Long Sit
