Gymnastics Drill Demonstration

Description

Jump to long shape with a 1/4 and 1/2 twist down from apparatus.

Coaching points

From standing on the apparatus choose point of focus (at the side for 1/4 twist; behind for 1/2 twist).

Jump forward to long shape, swinging arms up, look and twist at the top of the jump.

Head leads twist.

Flex hips, knees and ankles on landing.
