An example of a conditioning sequence that could ether be devised by the pupil or teacher.

Dish Rock to Log Twist and return

From the long sit position rock back into dish rock. Extend fully and twist 360 keeping hands and feet off the mat. Reverse rotation through 360 and return to long sit.

Dish Shape through shoulder stand to inverted straddle

From the Dish Shape roll backwards keeping the legs straight. Extend the legs vertically, keeping them together, passing through the shoulder stand position. Bring the legs apart but keep them straight with ankles extended so that an inverted straddle position is attained.

Linking Dish Shape through Tuck to 180 Twist

Starting in the long sit move into the Dish Shape. Move the knees to the chest, clasp, and form a Tuck with head high. Expand and roll 180 to frount prone.

From dish shape, clasp knees to chest, extend legs verically and twist on to front.
