Gymnastics Drill Demonstration

Description

  • Face vault around the end of a bench. (Tuck shape).

    Coaching points

  • Grasp the end of the bench at the sides and keep the arms straight through out the movement.
  • Kick the legs up so that the heels touch the bottom.
  • Transfer weight from one arm to the other
  • Cross the line of the bench to land on two feet.
