COACHING POINTS

  • maintain body tension for 3 small jumps
  • on 4, swing arms up to Long Shape 
  • land with flexed hips and knees, knees pushed forward, hips lowered, arms down
  • keep body tension for 3 small jumps
  • on 4 swing arms out and up into wide shape 
  • stretch legs and ankles on take-off, kicking legs wide apart - bring legs together to land 
  • bring arms down and forward to land 
  •  count the jumps, not the landings: 1 & 2 & 3 & Long Shape 1 & 2 & 3 & Wide Shape
