DESCRIPTION

  • To encourage the pupil to gain the correct feel for the first move away of the club into the backswing.

    Encourage the pupil to place a golf tee or second ball opposite the foot furthest from the target, just inside of the ball to target line (1). The player should be able to brush this object away by keeping the club head generally close to the ground in the first stages of the backswing (2).
