What's in the Session?
The session begins with a 4 V 2 Rondo with a focus on scoring as soon as the defending team wins the ball
The session then moves onto focussing on the tactical element of counter attacking and particular type of positions.
Use this counter attacking session to be help them quickly and effectively switch from defence to attack.
