1 ball per pair.
Second pair start after 8 second delay.
When finished, jog to back of the line.
Player 1 makes a square pass to his/her partner (player 2).
He/she then runs to the next cone in line and receives a diagonal pass back. The player making the diagonal pass, immediately runs to receive it back a second square pass.
This type of pass is to generate space and causes defenders to adjust their position.
The sequence is repeated for as many repetitions that you have room for. At the end of the sequence the players switch positions.
