Agility Drill Demonstration

Description

Player jumps forward (with both legs) and performs a regular push-up.

This exercise is a good way to warm up both a player's lower and upper body before the practice.

Coaching points

Coach should pay attention to jumps (both legs should work at the same time to prevent imbalance) and push-up (body goes down as a unit).

Where possible perform this exercise on grass / soft ground.
