Sideways Running | Hurdles

Sideways Running:

Facing left and then right, get your players to run sideways over the hurdles, taking two steps in betwen every pair of hurdles.

Side Jumps | Hurdles

Side Jumps:

One hurdle per player.

Players jump with both feet together over and back again over their one hurdle.

Hopping Zig Zag | Hurdles

Hopping Zig Zag:

Set out your hurdles set out in a zig zag formation.

Players go one after another and have hop over the hurdles.

Bunny Hops | Hurdles

Bunny Hops:

With feet together jump over the mini hurdles as quickly as possible, pumping the arms to increase speed.
