
There are two players on each cone. One bib and one non bib. There is going to be 2 balls in the middle of each line. The intention is for each person on the whistle to try and catch the guy in front of him (bib catch bib and non bib after non bib. They have to jab lift and drop the ball as they are chasing. They keep going until they arrive back where they started. On the whistle they have to turn and go the other way so that the guy being chased becomes the chaser. This will add a bit of fun as to it. Repeat the same for roll lift. Again bib is chasing bib etc. finally turn it into a handpass race with them soloing between cones and handpassing to a team mate. in this one there will only be two balls. It will be bibs v non bibs
Bend hips and knees to get hurley as flat to the ground as possible Hand should be under the ball in a cupped position to catch the ball Ball should always be caught with the hand lowest down the hurley. Toe of the hurley needs to be pointing away from the body
