Tennis: Forehand on the run

Coach feeds the ball from the T.

Each player receive 4x balls in the forehand corner which they move out to hit down the line.

Players move back to the centre of the court after each shot.

Players start at the centre of the service line.

1. The coach feeds the ball with one bounce towards the forehand corner of the court. Player A runs to hit a forehand down the court, and returns to the starting position.
   
   
2. Coach then feeds a 2nd ball mid court one bounce towards the tramline for Player A to hit down the court, and retreats to back of the queue.

Player B steps in for the drill to be repeated.

Coach rallies with player. Player alternates hitting forehand and catching/throwing forehand.

Player starts off at the centre of the service line.

1. Coach feeds the ball with one bounce towards the forehand corner of the court. Player A runs to hit a forehand down the court, and returns to the starting position.
   
   
2. Coach then feeds a 2nd ball mid court one bounce towards the tramline for Player A to hit down the court. Player does not return to starting position.
   
   
3. Coach moves backwards along the central service box line to feed a 3rd ball for player A to run onto and hit down the court. After this shot player retreats to the back of the queue.

Player B steps in for the drill to be repeated.
