
Split group in 2 with players in pairs of 2 (next to one cone) Place cones 5m apart. Green player starts sprinting to the 1st cone, once he gets back red player may start running. Continue until they reach last cone.
Player 2 tries to catch up to player 1. Repeat 5 times in each role (starter and follower) Repeat with backwards running.
