DESCRIPTION

Warm up activity Central cones mark starting line down middle Different coloured cones 5 metres either side of central cones (eg red and blue) Players face each other in pairs down the centre Coach calls out body part players must touch Keep calling out body parts until calling our colour Players have to sprint to correct side. Winner of pair is first one past the edge cones Best of 3 Loser can do penalties, eg push ups/sit-ups Winning players find a new partner Losing players find a new partner
