Once they reach the last blue cone they will sprint with the ball to the first red cone then come to s stop then proceed to sprint to the last red cone. The drill will restart evertime someone reaches the last blue cone.
- Make sure players are agile and turning around the cones with the ball close to them. - Once they players are sprinting make sure they are not hoofing the ball forward but instead are controlling it with nice touches.
