3 Players per team (3 Black, 3 Blue, + 3 Green)
Each team to start in each third. The play starts when the disc is in the hands of a player in either end zone. One player from the middle zone can then enter the end zone where the disc is to retrieve it. The two other defenders stay in the middle zone to intercept the pass from end zone to end zone.
A point is scored when the attacker passes the disc from end zone to end zone after making a number of consecutive passes (i.e. 3, 5 or 10) depending on ability level.
The defenders become attackers when the disc hits the ground or leaves the outside marked boundaries.
Backhand throw: put four fingers in the cup of the disc with your thumb on top. If you are a righty you would stand straight up, twist to the left, bend your wrist and elbow in front of you so they are in front of the disc. Then un-do all of that in one steady motion releasing the disc. Try to keep the disc as level as possible and to give it spin. Remember that most of the spin comes from bending your wrist then snapping it.
Move into space after throwing the disc.
Communicate with your team members; asking, or pointing, or open body language, as well as listening and watching carefully.
