Hi Ian,
Sorry to hear the iPad app is not working for you. The app was recently updated so can you double check you've got the latest version installed?
If you have got this version installed, and you're still getting stuck, please can you give these two fixes a try:
1. If you get stuck behind the loading screen for longer than 3 seconds click the "close x" button in the top right hand corner.
2. If the app is still unresponsive can you try closing the app completely and then reopening it. To do this:
i. Double click the home button,
ii. Swipe left or right until you have located the Sportplan app,
iii. Swipe the app's preview up to close it
