How to cancel membership

How to cancel membership

I had cancelled this memebership 5 months ago after last payment was taken out, i was told that another payment would NOT be taken out and you have again taken the payment out again.I used this chat last time so please can somebody cancel my membership. Or let me know how i cancek it . I also want my money refunded as i have already cancelled 5 months ago.Kind regardsMichelle Thornley
