Cancel Membership

Hi,I decided to end my memebership due to not using the software very often, but unfortunately the canel membership option is greyed out in my account settings not allowing this to be done.I have issued an email also to confirm my membership to be closed, please can this be confirmed that this has been done.Thanks in advance,Matt
