Hi Adrian,
This passing drill is great for beginners to develop their passing and coordination whilst having fun with their partner. This is vital to introducing a new group so their stay motivated and engaged with the practice.
To run a circuit, there are many similar drills like this which work on the core ball skills and movement patterns in the 'Ball Skills' category. From there, you can develop a good plan for a circuit which covers all bases for you beginners.
I hope this helps.
Over-Under Passing
Players need to pair up and concentrate for this drill and will need two balls.
One player bounce passes every pass while the other plays a chest pass.
You can mix things up a bit here by shouting "change".
Upon hearing the call players swap roles, the player who was originally passing with the chest pass is now bounce passing and vice versa!
Thank you very much Tom, I appreciate you taking the time to help me out with this.
Adrian
