Grip is same as Forehand, see Forehand Grip video
Grip: lightly pinch the rim of the disc between thumb, and two forefingers. The other two fingers should then pinch the underside of the rim, similar to the use of chopsticks.
- Hold the disc in a vertical plane over your head, then lightly flick the wrist forwards towards your partner and let go.
- Aim to follow through by pointing towards your partner.
- If you’re holding the disc in your right hand, then release the disc to the left side of your head.
- If you’re holding the disc in your left hand, then release the disc to the right side of your head.
