Turn your body to face your throwing partner

If you throw with your left hand:

1. Step out further with your left foot; as wide as is comfortable while ensuring that you can maintain your balance
2. Rotate from the waist so you can see your throwing partner, and in one smooth motion rotate your torso and flick your wrist to release the throw

If you throw with your right hand:

1. Step out further with your right foot; as wide as is comfortable while ensuring that you can maintain your balance
2. Rotate from the waist so you can see your throwing partner, and in one smooth motion rotate your torso and flick your wrist to release the throw
