Focus on catching; watch the disc all the way into your hands
Open your arms, both pointing in front of you, with one above the other as though they were crocodileâs jaws
2. Lightly throw the disc up around chest height
3. Catch the disc by firmly bringing your hands together on either side of it, moving your hands if necessary, to create a loud âclapâ sound with the disc between your hands
4. Keep your eyes on the disc right up to the moment that the disc has been caught
Split into groups of 4 and spread out the players evenly across the width of the playing area (for example, 4 players 2m apart from each other forming a line 6m long) Start with all discs on one side of the field. Teams pass the disc along the line to the far side, and back again. The slowest team is eliminated. Keep going until there is a winning team. If a pass is not caught then it must be repeated

Split the group into teams of 8 or more (i.e. 4 players on each side) When a player has run to the back of the queue, get them to sit down. Once everyone has been through once as a warm up, repeat again as a race. The first team all sat down is the winner! Award points for the fastest team (1pt for the slowest team, 2pts for the next slowest, etc). Repeat the race until one team scores
Get into groups of 4, forming a small square approximately 3m per side with 1 disc for each group Make sure that for each pass, the thrower & receiver are facing each other before the throwing motion begins. Players should not move their feet after catching except to pivot
Split into groups of 3 One disc per group Form a triangle, 5 metres from each athlete Players must fake the pass anticlockwise to one partner, and then use the forehand throw to the other partner
Create a playing area which has two large areas for each team and a central out-of-bounds area; each team stays in their side. Teams are allowed up to 3 passes between themselves, then must throw the disc into the other area. If the disc is not caught and lands inside the receiving teamâs area, award 1pt to the throwing team.
Players stand in two lines facing each other, slightly off-set to form a zig zag line. The disc starts at one end of one line. Players throw the disc to the person next along the chain, so that the disc zigzags all the way along. Incomplete passes should be repeated. Try to get the disc all the way along the line and back again without a turnover; if this is done, all players take 2 steps back and try again. See who can get the furthest apart / complete the most passes.
