Turn your body to face your throwing partner
If you throw with your left hand:
Keep your right foot as your pivot and step over with your left foot to a comfortable position; your hips should now face 180 degrees away from your throwing partner
Bend your left leg at the knee to allow you to get lower on your throw
Rotate from the waist so you can see your throwing partner, and in one smooth motion rotate your torso and flick your wrist to release the throw
