DESCRIPTION

Frontcrawl Bilateral Breathing Drill. Breath to
the left side and then the right side right of the
stroke to create perfect balance and symmetry
in the water, you will be taking one breath for
every three strokes. Keep the face low on the
water surface as you breath into the trough
space you have created. The head position will
determine the streamline position.
