This exercise will encourage you to make the correct first move in your golf swing.
Place a ball opposite your back foot at address. You should try and brush this ball backwards, when you swing your club.
Have a full swing at the golf ball.
Make sure that at your finish postioning, that the sole of your backfoot is pointing away from the target.
