COACHING POINTS

  • The receiving player should try and adjust his/her position so the ball can be received at chest height
  • Try and first touch the ball in to the forehand space and get the ball under control to be able to pass the ball on
  • Take the ball on the volley do not let the ball bounce.
  • first touch should be away from approaching players.
