Players in teams have to run the ball to the opposite cone for the next player to run the ball back.
This practice can be used to introduce all the coaching points of running with the ball
The right hand should not be too low or high on the stick as this will either slow the player down or make them weaker on the ball. Keep a high left elbow to allow a more upright stick. Arms away from the body, keeping the ball away from the feet. Encourage the players to have their head up as they run.
