- Carry the ball towards the cones, utilise V-drag skill to change direction
- Continue to carry the ball to the cone, then pass to next player
- Change of direction should be explosive
- Head should be up while carrying the ball
- The pass to the next player is just as important as the rest of the drill
- Increase the dribbling speed between the cones
- Reduce the number of players per routine to increase the intensity
- Replace the line of cones with a passive defender
