Gymnastics Drill Demonstration

Description

From a low squat, swing arms forward and block with straight arms as body springs forward.

After the block, feet land where hands were as arms are lifted to ears.

Gradually lengthen forward spring.

Land in Tuck Shape on to low box tops/benches.
