  • Stand with arms horizontal.
  • Flex knees and drive upwards fully extending ankles.
  • Land flexing knees to absorb impact.

    Coaching points

  • Keep body straight throughout.
  • Keep head up with eyes fixed on a horizontal point.
  • Land on the same point as take off
  • Maintain rhythm.
