Description

  • Hang from the bar with over grasp and raise feet to bar forming a hanging pike shape.
  • Keeping legs straight beat legs down.
  • At the same time pull on arms to raise chin to bar height.
  • Lower, with small swing, to repeat action.

  • Keep legs straight throughout and develop a rhythm.
  • Avoid excess swinging.
