  • Facing forwards take a large step placing hands as a cartwheel.
  • Transfer weight from hand to hand with hips over hands.
  • From inverted 'X' shape.
  • Push chest forwards in direction of movement.
  • Exit facing forwards continueing momentum with one step.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Ensure agility is controlled moving in a straight line.
  • Maintain full extention through out.
  • Ensure momentum is continued in preparation of next agility.
