DESCRIPTION

  • Draw a chalk line on the mat in line with the bench.
  • Gymnast stands in a 'Y' shape and lunges forwards placing the hands on the bench end.
  • Bring hips over hands twisting 180 deg.
  • Land with feet on target so that the movement is in a straight line.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Arms and legs extended.
  • Aim to exit with feet landing together on target line.
  • Keep momentum moving forwards in preparation for next agility.
