DESCRIPTION

  • As previous exercise
  • Approach bench with one step lunge.
  • Place hands simultaniusly on the bench.
  • Raise hips above hands, as high as possible, keeping legs extended and together.
  • Exit, with acute angle from bench, landing on the mats with two feet together.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Encourage high hips as weight is transfered through hands.
  • Keep legs extended and together.
  • Encourage flight off the bench.
  • Exit as tight to bench as possible.
