  • From straddle stand reach back through legs with straight arms as far as possible.
  • Roll on to shoulders.
  • Exit to Long Sit.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Start in wide straddle position.
  • Keep arms straight and push hands as far as possible back through feet.
  • Push chin to chest
  • Keep legs extended through out
